Milling your own grains ensures that you get the full goodness of the grain, without loosing any flavour from processing. This all-metal attachment grinds fresh wheat, oats, rice, corn, barley, buckwheat, millet and other low moisture non-oily grains/cereals.
Select the consistency you wish to achieve to produce extra fine or rougher flour with 12 grinding levels that range from a very coarse "cracked" texture to a fine grind.
