We deliver Philips and Whirlpool brand products only in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and within their respective territories. KitchenAid and Voltas brand products can be delivered anywhere within United Arab Emirates. We mostly ship free of cost but charges may apply for some remote areas within the territories mentioned above. Such charges will be indicated at the time you place the order.
Deliveries will be made by third party courier and logistics service providers. However in cases of bulky products and products requiring installation on delivery, it will be done by the delivery/technical support team of Al Ghandi Electronics. Please see list below.
Your order will be delivered within 5 working days. Deliveries will take place from Saturday to Thursday. Deliveries will not be done on Friday or public holidays. You will be informed about the approximate delivery time at the time you place your order.
When delivery is made you will be required to provide a valid and original identification document for visual proof to the person making the delivery. The original identification document has to be either an Emirates ID, UAE Labour Card, Passport or UAE Driving License.

With the restrictions in place, our Customer Care Centers are currently operating with extremely limited resources and are closed to walk-in customers. But our field customer care team is on the job to handle essential services of Major Domestic Appliances like Refrigerators, Cookers, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, etc. There may be a delay to your repair, delivery and installation service due to reduced staff capacity, spare parts delays and due to the guidelines that we have to comply with in terms of work timings, social distancing, entry permits in certain buildings, etc.
