The original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase for claiming warranty.
All products carry a minimum one year manufacturer’s warranty valid within the United Arab Emirates only, unless specified otherwise on our website. Some products may have a worldwide warranty, in which case please refer to the warranty document supplied with the product which contains details on how to register for worldwide warranty.
During the warranty period your product will be repaired free-of-charge in the unlikely event of failure of the product or any defect due to faulty materials and workmanship.
Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, improper storage, external damage due to normal wear and tear, cabinet, accessories, remote control, fuses, knobs, bulbs, glass and exteriors and performance failure caused by force majeure such as earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, or any “act of God”.
The warranty is not valid if a defect is due to damage caused by incorrect use, poor maintenance and/or if alterations or repairs have been carried by persons not authorized by the manufacturer. The user should strictly adhere to all instructions included in the user manual and should abstain from any actions or uses that are deemed as unnecessary or which are warned against in the user manual.
Where a repair is not possible or is deemed unfeasible, the product may be replaced with a new or refurbished product at our discretion and the warranty will continue from the date of original purchase.
If the product is reported as Dead on Arrival or has an Out of the Box fault, our service team will inspect the product to assess and will determine whether the product will be repaired or replaced.
Free gifts given with any product purchased are not covered under any warranty.
A product under warranty that was installed at user’s site by Al Ghandi Electronics, can be collected and returned by our service team, if needed, with no collection/delivery cost to the user. All other products will need to be brought to our Service Center by user, or may be collected and returned, on request, by our service team at user’s cost.
We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the Conditions in force at the time you purchased goods from us, unless any change to t these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
The formation, existence, construction, performance, validity and all aspects of these conditions shall be governed by Dubai- UAE laws. You agree, as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dubai.
